The Relief Room
Hand it over.

You’d never do this for yourself.

So do it for her.

Give your best friend, your sister, your mom a year where it’s not all on her anymore. Your year comes with it, because it was never supposed to be all on you, either.

Now neither of you carries it alone.

Get relief together

$99 once covers you both for a full year. All she needs is her email.

A woman at home at the end of a long day, phone and keys on the table

Every holiday season

You make the holidays happen. Who’s making it easier for you?

You remember who’s bringing what to Thanksgiving. Who’s allergic to what. The teacher gifts. Which cousin isn’t speaking to which aunt this year.

You plan it, buy it, wrap it, and keep the group chat alive.

And when everyone says “this was perfect,” nobody asks what it cost you.

That’s not fair. It never was.

And your best friend is doing the exact same thing at her house.

Hand it over

This year, hand some of it over.

Tell it the whole list, the way it comes out of your head. It remembers the dates and reminds you. When everything feels urgent, it gives you one next step. And when you’re tired of holding it together, the women in there get it.

The Relief Room screen where you say or type what is on your mind

“The in-app notification was perfect. I knew it was happening today, but I couldn’t remember what time. Then the notification popped up, and I was like, ’Oh, that’s right, it’s now.’ I didn’t have to remember or keep checking.”

Brit

You keep telling yourself you’ll deal with it after the holidays. But Thanksgiving through New Year’s is when it’s heaviest. That’s exactly why now.

Get through the holidays together.

How the gift works

Three steps. Nothing to set up.

You pick her.

Add her name and email below, then pay on our secure checkout. That’s it.

You both get an email.

Download the app and sign up with that same email. You’re both in right away.

Neither of you carries it alone.

You each hand over what’s in your head. And you each have someone who gets it.

Who’s it for?

We only use her email to send her gift, and only after you pay. You’ll enter your own email on the next screen.

$99 once, charged at checkout. You each get 12 months, and nothing renews automatically. This holiday offer has no free trial and is non-refundable. You both must be 18 or older and new to The Relief Room. Full terms

The things you say to yourself

You’re not lazy. You’re carrying all of it.

I’m so lazy.

Look back at everything you actually handled this week. It’s all there.

How did I forget that again?

It remembers and reminds you, so it’s not on you to hold it.

I don’t even know where to start.

It gives you the next small step. Just one.

Why do I keep doing this?

Ask what keeps coming up, and it shows you. No judgment. Just the pattern.

I hate asking for help.

Real people are in there for when asking feels hard. You don’t have to explain yourself first.

Nobody gets it.

The women in there do.

“It broke it down into the tasks and the little steps, and I was like, that’s what’s been missing. I could finally just do the one thing.”

Leah

It was never supposed to be all on you.

One simple text can open everything else.

Your friend asks, “Are we still on for Saturday?”

Now you need to check the calendar.

The calendar reminds you about the appointment you still have not rescheduled.

Which reminds you that you need someone to watch the kids.

You should text your sister. But you still have not answered her last message.

And somewhere in all of that, your friend is still waiting for “Yep. Saturday works.”

It’s not about knowing how to answer a text. It’s how one small thing connects to everything else your brain is already carrying.

Real people are part of the room

Sometimes you don’t need another answer.

You need someone to say, “Yep. Me too.”

Not another perfectly organized person telling you how to fix yourself. Just real women having real days. Starting things late, forgetting things, getting back to them, and sometimes sitting beside each other while something gets done.

Private when you need somewhere to put it.
Human when you need someone who gets it.

“Body doubling has been so incredibly helpful. This is something I didn’t know I really needed.”

The Relief Room community feed inside the app

Private by design

Say the thing you would not put in a group chat.

The unfinished thought. The thing you forgot. The resentment you are not ready to explain. It only helps if you can put the real version down.

Your Relief Room is yours.

Your private journal entries, moods, tasks, and Relief sessions are limited to your signed-in account. Other members cannot open them.

Nothing quietly crosses into the community.

Your private content is never automatically posted to the community. Something only shows up there when you put it there.

Never used for ads. Never sold.

What you tell the app is never used to target ads, never sold, and never shared with business partners.

Not used to train OpenAI’s models by default.

The Relief Room uses OpenAI through its API for certain AI features. OpenAI does not use API inputs and outputs to train its models unless an organization opts in. The AI does not keep a hidden profile of who you are.

You should not have to censor yourself before a tool can help you.

The Founding 100

Be one of the first 100.

I didn’t build The Relief Room for me. I built it because woman after woman told me, “I’m the one who remembers everything, and I’m tired.” Every founding member helps me reach the next woman who’s still holding it all in her head.

Lynn, founder

Founding 100 badge for The Relief Room

100 founding spots. Each one comes with a year for someone you love.

And she’s founding too.

Founding-only live sessions

A live circle just for founding members. Come for structure, for company, or just so you’re not doing it alone.

First access to new tools

When something new is ready, you see it before anyone else.

A closer line to the people building it

You never have to help us build. But when you have feedback, questions, or something isn’t working, you have a shorter path to me.

Your Founding 100 badge

Only founding members and the friends they bring will ever have it. We’ll add it to your profile.

And the founding rate is yours

When your year ends, you can keep going at $99 a year, even after the price goes up.

Founding membership, for two

$99 for both of you

Founding spots close when all 100 are claimed, or on December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.

No streaks. No guilt.

Use it when you need it. Leave it alone when you don’t.

You might use it every day for a stretch. Forget about it for three weeks. Then need it again on a random Tuesday.

No streak. No starting over. No guilt because you disappeared. Open it and keep going.

“I don’t remember to use it every day, and it doesn’t make me feel guilty. I use it when I need it, and when I come back, I can just pick up where I left off.”
